A bit about me

I began my journey in health care with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, majoring in Athletic Therapy, from the University of Calgary, along with an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University in 2016. During my studies, I had the opportunity to provide sideline care for many of the University of Calgary’s athletic teams—an experience that deepened my appreciation for the resilience of the human body.
After graduation, I focused on clinical practice, supporting individuals through injury and recovery. Over time, my curiosity and desire to understand the body on a deeper level led me to study Osteopathy. In 2022, I completed my training at the Canadian School of Osteopathy Manual Practice in Vancouver. This path has given me a strong foundation in the musculoskeletal system, as well as a broader view of how all the body’s systems connect and influence each other.
I welcome individuals and families of all ages and activity levels into a safe and welcoming space where your story is listened to and respected.
Whether you're dealing with something new or something long-standing, I’m here to support your body’s natural ability to find balance and feel better.
When I’m not working, you’ll often find me staying active—whether that’s hiking mountain, exploring trails with my three dogs, fitting in a good workout, or just spending time outdoors. I come from a large, close-knit family and love being an active aunt to many nieces and nephews who keep life lively. I value balance, connection, and making the most of each day—whether that means pushing myself on a trail or simply enjoying time with loved ones.

My Philosophy
My practice embraces a systemic and holistic approach to health, focusing on enhancing resilience to restore balance. True wholeness comes from understanding the entire person—not just treating symptoms, but seeking the root cause of imbalance.
With a deep knowledge of human anatomy and physiology, I apply the Osteopathic approach with intention and respect for the body’s natural boundaries and processes. My objective is to address each individual's unique needs through osteopathic manual therapy, evidence-based lifestyle recommendations, and targeted exercise therapy — all with the aim of promoting a longer health span.
